Obtain a current credit report. We must see all 3 credit bureau reports, because more often than not an account that may be reported to ONLY Trans Union will not be viewed on Equifax or Experian, and vice versa. Creditors are not required or mandated to report an account to all 3 major credit bureaus. It’s important to have the complete picture for the entrance interview. If you have one available, great! If you do not have a recent copy of your credit report, you can call us and our client specialist can help you acquire a fresh report that will not impact your credit score.

Personal One on One interview:

Once you have successfully submitted your report, it will be reviewed by your personal client specialists. We also like for you the client to have the same report available to view during the personal evaluation, the education alone on what is on your report and how it positively/adversely affects you is a great tool in its self. We make sure our clients have a very clear understanding of their options, services available, the fees and their personal action plan. Your action plan is equally as important as our services. In order to receive full value for your investment you must be willing to also work to improve your positive credit profile. During the personal evaluation each account is discussed and explained to you and what the plan of action is and how it is executed. We work at your pace. Some client has the means and is ready to resolve all the past at once. Were others just can’t and this more than anything is what has kept you from addressing a poor credit issue. We can provide an action plan that works at your pace and affordability.
Once the plan is agreed upon we begin the services outlined this is where it is so critical to have the experts on your side. We interact directly with the credit companies, Collection companies, and Original creditors at your authorization and help them to meet their obligations as applicable to your particular situation and plan. Then, we communicate with the credit bureaus to confirm that the appropriate changes have actually occurred. We know the industry – and we know how to use the rules to protect you.

The Updates:

We do ask that our clients independently enroll in a preferred credit monitoring service. This allows our clients to have access to updates after changes occur at their leisure.
